I used to live in peachtree estates - the construction was less than adequate and I could not get people to fix the issues without hassles - the floor plan was nice but it is just down the street from several neighborhoods that I would not walk near at night. One house was broken into where a child was tied up and the house was robbed. There is a reason you get more square footage for your dollar with this builder. The schools are also not that good.
