There is no market for used homes, there are too many new homes going up, not a whole lot of quality in what is being built here, therefore most people would rather build.
We had a hime built and the quality is horrendous (we are from Massachusetts) where builders are honest and do quality work. - Tue Apr 1 2008, 19:29
