Looking for an estimate on new home construction (single family) in Riverdale, the Bronx, NYC.

Jig, I would really need to know more about what kind of a home you want to give a reliable estimate. One-family? Two? Ranch? Basement wanted? Are water/gas lines existing? Which part of Riverdale? Fieldston? Spuytun Dyville?
I am a contractor who's been doing home building for over 50 years in addition to renovations and commercial constructions. I live in the Bronx and work mostly in Westchester/Connecticut but all over the city as well.
