Is $479 - $500k for the Centre Place Townhomes overpriced for the phase II release?

We took a look this time at the Phase 2 townhomes, no difference in models from the Phase 1. Phase 1 sales data shows Classiques sold at between 409K to 451K in Dec 2007. The same Classiques are priced at 500K in this Phase, which is just launched 4 months from Phase 1. - Wed Apr 30 2008, 12:44
