If you get a visitor visa, you may stay for up to six months per year. You will not be entitled to live in the US simply because you own property in the US.
There are a range of work visas that you may consider; however, they all require that a US employer sponsor you. You might consider applying for permanent residence if you have close relatives in the US to sponsor you. And finally, if you are a person of extraordinary abilities in a certain field of expertise, you might be able to sponsor yourself for a green card.
