I've started businesses in the past, worked for companies and like working for myself the best. I've recently researched the types of labor involved, contacted prospective new hires, talked with some banks about Trash Out and Restorating homes that are now vacated due to Foreclosures. I feel like in any business, the relationship one develops, the attention to detail, and range of services you are willing to provide, all help to set one apart from even entrenched competitors. So... since I've been on the side of helping buyers with their homes as one of the loan brokers here in the area.. I have some experiences seeing the loan from both the customers eyes and the Realtors. That's why I'm coming directly to this forum.
What say you guies, this is a business that is needed?
