The townhouse is in the quiet Treetop Section of the Hamletts in Nanuet NY - it is a corner lot with no units behind it. It is 3 floors - the top floor has a 1 master bedroom with a balcony and a full bath and another room on the same floor - we have it open and use it as another living room/ office but other unit owners have closed it off to make a bedroom. There is a landing with a 1/2 bath then the 2nd floor has a kitchen and dining/living room and another balcony off that. Titus - there is a community call the Hamletts in Nanuet NY - there is a bus that picks up commuters right in our development that goes to Manhatten - we are about 35 min from NYC - right down the Pailsades.
