Laughingdove

I am a senior with crippling arthritus. My wild hoodlam neighbors have been trashing my yard since year 2000. The sherrif is no help whatsoever. These people throw garbage and trash into my yard and theirs and it blows against my fence and they throw all kinds of stuff over my privacy fence into my kitchen patio including dirty disposable diapers and garbage and things that are a health hazard. I have taken many pictures and the building code inspector took them to court several times.
The landlord does not care and will not evict them as they are relatives of his. They have been calling numerous county offices and placing untrue complaints against me.Once a deputy told me to clean up the trash and pay to have it hauled away and say nothing as I am not a good neighbor. One today came here and yelled and screamed at me and said I cannot get along with my neighbors. I know these people were run out of the last house they were in as the neighborhood got together and took them to court. People here seem to be afraid of them. One deputy told one of my neighbors not to help me or been seen talking to me or they would turn on them too. I am desperate.The deputy came here today and told me screaming that if the girl called on me again he would arrest me. She was smirking at hearing this. It is just a matter of time.She is behavior disordered and a dropout from school and an un wed mother of 2 and not yet 20. I am very afraid.I do not know what to do. I cannot hire a lawyer.I tried to get a restraining order but there was no police report. This town is not a good place for an old lady.
