The best thing to do is get your home or condo appraised and see its value. From there you have to determine a reasonable price and if possible you can always list it as "price is negotiable" or "offers accepted." - Fri May 25 2007, 07:19

There is great shopping in and around Tamarac. With more than 150 outlet stores like Nine West, The Gap and Burlington Coat Factory, Sawgrass Mills mall is less than 15 minutes away. - Fri May 25 2007, 07:13

There are a bunch of parks in Fort Lauderdale. Whether your into sports or just enjoying the great outdoors, there's something to suit everyone. Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex is great for swimming. Joseph C. Carter Park is perfect for playing catch or soccer. - Fri May 25 2007, 07:10

Unfortunately, traffic is one of Fort Lauderdale' s downfalls. Some of the busy thoroughfares include 441 (North State Road 7), A1A (along the beach) and well-know streets like Sunrise Boulevard and Sheridan Street. The highways and byways; however, are plentiful and good commuting routes. There's I-95, I-595, I-75, and Florida's Turnpike, just to name a few. - Fri May 18 2007, 13:22
