A good resource to find investment deals is http://www.rehabahouse.com. You'll find some foreclosures but also a lot of investment deals posted by individual investors. Hope that helps. - Mon Apr 14 2008, 20:15

Investment property

Josh answered:
Check out this website, http://www.rehabahouse.com, they focus on investment property. You'll find a variety of deals here, some listed by agents and some by investors. I tend to be able to find deals on here that are not typically listed elsewhere. It's a good resource, I hope you find it useful. - Mon Apr 14 2008, 20:11

HI Ava, you might want to check out this website, http://www.rehabahouse.com/phoenix/ as there are a ton of investors who use this site to buy and sell property, and you can network with others in your area. You may be able to find some new clients this way. Good luck. - Sat Apr 12 2008, 08:31

You should check http://www.rehabahouse.com. They have the largest selection of St. Louis investment property. Lots of listings by private investors that you won't find in the MLS. - Thu Apr 10 2008, 22:33
