If I were a buyer I would want my own agent to represent me and me alone. When one person takes both sides of the deal you have to wonder who they are really 'working' for. Find a Buyers Specialist to help you negotiate the best price and help you with this purchase. The Sellers agent is representing the Seller not you. Be protected and have your own agent.
