Tuscany Hill, Alberhill Ranch is ran by the builders, they are the HOA Board and they will be the board for many years to come. The property management company Keystone Pacific does what the board says, so they don't report all the houses which have been broken, this is a real problem. When homeowners ask that they report this information on the community website, they don't do this, who wants to buy in a crime ridden neighborhood.
