I am a mother of 3 with excellent credit and average income in NJ, without 10%, can I afford a home?

There's a program that me and several of my friends have used or are using to get 100% financing called NACA. Their website is http://www.naca.com. They have a pretty rigorous process to pre-qualify you for a mortgage, but once you complete all of the requirements you will get a below market, fixed rate 30-year mortgages from one of the 2 banks they work with (BofA and Citi). There's ton's of infomation on their website about their program and they regularly have home buying workshops in NJ and NYC.
