I had this same thing happen to me once. Later on I discovered the house had been sold and guess to whom? The relator bought it. I wont go into all of the later details but to me it was just another indication of the real quality of the so called ethics relators claim to have - Mon May 26 2008, 03:34

According to the Madison County Assesors office the value of this property, 14-2-15-11-12-202-005, is $71,890. Either the assessor is way off or the asking price is way off. Based upon my experience the assessor's figures are based upon data from a couple of years back when housing prices were higher. You can go to the County's website yourself and look at http://www.co.madison.il.us/, then go to the real estate tax assesment page. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:48
