I don't know how to find the volume answer, you might check with the City of Scottsdale, they may have looked at adding a traffic light there. There is a fair amount of traffic on Dynamite Road, sometimes in the weekend you may get a bunch of motorcycles blowing through.

We are purchasing our retirement home, but won't move there until 3 to 5 years. We were thinking of leasing the home for a few years and I was wondering what the market was like for leasing homes. It's a 3 bedroom plus study, with 3 car garage and a pool. It's in the Troon North area.
