B Johnson- we are currently developing a self serve web site dedicated to those selling homes at Havasu Springs-reason being it is hard to get info on mobile home sales there-this way we would list homes for a fee and have a data base of past sales that have sold and at what prices and people from all over could go to the site to see homes for sale and we would advertise these homes but the main focus would be on past sales as well and end users that want to sell could use the self serve format, pay by credit card, list their home with pictures and contact info and buyers go directly to you the seller-we would give you 2 signs with our web site address and your info, we woudl have our site advertised at the park and the offices would get to know our site and tell potential buyers to go to our site-we are still in the testing phases but if you would would give any input to what I have stated and how you feel about this it would be very helpful to our developemnt of the site-we know that it is taking a long time to sell homes at this time-to list on our site would be around $800 for 6 months-we think this is not bad since realtors charge 4-6% -please email input to ckirkssc@aol.com - Wed Jul 30 2008, 21:21
