Has Maronda homes had alot of complaints? I would like to know before I invest with them.

Don't by a Maronda house ... I been living at my house for 2 years and it has not been a pleasant experience. This past storm (Fay) we found we had a window not seal correctly by the Maronda constructors so water filter in and damaged my living room and family room carpet. Second floor areas are squeaking when you walk on it, it seams that they didn't have enough nails to make sure the wood underneath the carpet didn't move. Garage door doesn't close correctly I have to slam it to be able to close it. So again don't buy Maronda, as soon as the market picks up again I am fixing everything and selling mine. - Wed Sep 3 2008, 09:30
