hi, anyone heard about Southwind subdivision by Silver Creek Communities in Fairburn?

Yes, I live in their Lexington Park subdivision up the street. Huge nice homes at great price. The reason I picked Silvercreeks Lexington Park Sub is because the Southwind sub has like 3 to 4 different builders, will be almost 2,000 properties w/ house and townhouse with mixed values.
