This is the honest answer from someone who lives in Main Street Village (and never answers these things). Daniel's Way is a difficult sell. It backs right up to the Septa/Amtrack rail and in my opinion a little over priced. It is not the GETTO OF DOWNINGTOWN (and I am offended by that statement). It is a quiet walking community close to any and everything you should need. At the 200-300 price point it is probably the best value in the area. Good schools, average taxes, accessibilty to major routes, and an excellent sense of community. I can't recommend a realtor but like others would encourage you to find someone local. Their is a unit in Main Street for sale. Check it out, I think you will be surprised with the value. - Wed May 7 2008, 10:33
