What's up with the Florida Park Subdivision in Newtown Square? Is this a nice area?

It's like a shanty town off of RT3 which is a 4 lane highway with some traffic lights. I looked at a house there...one across the street was a bank foreclosure with no windows or light bulbs if that gives you an idea of the type of people living there; next door to that was the prevous owners father - his place looked like Sanford and Son. If its all you can afford, it gets you into decent schools/amenities for a low price, just be aware who your neighbors are... - Wed May 14 2008, 11:21
