Thank you Jay and Roberta for your responses. My husbands trip to visit CA has been pushed back for 2 weeks due to flooding of another plant in Phoenix. SO....he's finally flying out tomorrow morning. I will have him check out the below areas while he's there. If all goes well and they make a good enough offer we'll both fly out to find a place before we move. I'm sure if and when we get to that point I'll be in touch. Thank you all for your responses. I found out that the company is located on Park Center Dr., I think it's near Sycamore (I couldn't see the whole street name on the google map). Not sure where this would be in comparison to things. We currently are in a rural area of OH and my husband drives 40 minutes each way to work. He would be willing to drive up to a half hour if needed.
We have thought of buying but are extremely concerned about the market and then needing to turn around and sell again in 2-3 years. We certainly don't want to lose more money than we will when selling our current home. We have not ruled out buying but are leaning more towards renting due to the previously mentioned reasons. If we do end up renting, would we contact a realtor to show us the properties or do we contact a property managment company. I'm assuming the later and if so, how do I go about finding a reputable company?
