Are there any live/work units in celebration? If so, where?

There is a Biz. District in Celebration but it is all Estate homes on Front St. There are also a few Apt. conversions that could be used a very small office but none I am aware where you can live and work. There are many garge apts can many people run biz from without proper zoning. Sounds like what you are refering to is in Baldwin Park which has the live/work product in a better biz location near downtown. I have lived in both areas. Celebration is more of a resort and Baldwin true new urbanism, hope this helps. - Thu Jul 12 2007, 17:54
