Sheena Villard

My husband and I moved from Maine to the Silicon Valley in California in 2000 and are now headed back to the East Coast to be closer to the majority of our family and to provide our kids a better environment to grow up in. We are planning on relocating to the Raleigh, NC area sometime between Sept. 2009 and May 2010. We have been out there scouting already but really didn't get to see a whole lot of the down town areas other than Chapel Hill. We are going to go out there again for a full on search at the end of next summer. Our original idea was that would rent for awhile until we got settled but in reality it may be better to try and buy while we are here and then just move right into out new house. Still trying to figure out the best plan as we didn't really have one when we moved here:-)
