Please help settle our school debate! We are moving to Tracy, CA this summer and have rising 5th and 2nd

I'm a teacher at a small K-8 in Tracy, so I'm a little partial, but I think we have a really cool school. It's the Performing Arts Magnet school, Gladys Poet-Christian (her last name; not a religious affiliation :). Our kids get to choose electives from art, dance, drama, technology, instrumental music, and choir. Most of our students come from the surrounding neighborhood, but because we are a magnet school, a small percentage of our students come from other areas by choice.

We are part of the Tracy Unified District, and we are working hard to get test scores up, but I hate it when test scores are the only measure of a school. We have a wonderful, dedicated staff, and a small, safe environment. I've been teaching there for 7 years, and can't imagine being anywhere else.
