Truthfully, the recessed lighting is usually a great investment as part of a home remodeling project. As for the fans, they don't necessarily add any value to the residence and if there isn't any electrical wiring in the ceilings then it could become costly. I would suggest sticking with the recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room. If there's a nice dining room are that will fit a table, then it's a matter of preference. A lot of people like the drop down lighting that is closer to the table top.

Highland is known for its higher property values, but the area has been experiencing higher numbers of vacant homes recently. This affects the values of homes in the area and the values have fluctuated a lot in recent years. It would be a good idea to get the opinion of a local real estate agent and a Provo real estate agent in order to compare their viewpoints on the property. Good luck!
