How reluctantly do listing agents show homes?

Doug answered:
I have already been searching for a home for two years. I have been represented by two different agants at consecutive times because some agents get impatient for a quick sale. Buying a house is a journey and being unfamiliar with the process, one normally gets an education along with the looking for one's dream home. I do not have patience for agents who want a quick sale. I recommend an agent who makes appointments for your listings of interest ahead of time and not as you pull into the driveway. Most of all, I believe that one shoud NOT feel any sort of pressure from agents to BUY BUY BUY a house., and thats happened to me twice. I do believe you have to establish a relationship with a broker but I've found various degrees of help along the way, not all of it helpful. Keep the faith and take your time I say - Sun Jul 6 2008, 06:45
