Anyone interested in seeing my MH home? It's falling apart...

I have purchased 4 new homes over the years and have had fewer issues then purchasing older homes. Most of the issues on new homes have been cosmetic. My current home is a Lennar in MH which is about 9 months old and they've been very good on warranty issues. As far as construction (which i do for a living,) I would have to say I'm impressed with all the builders work. You must of gotten a lemon or you're unrealistic about new construction.
