Yes there are but it still depends on many things. with a credit score like that it definately opens up a lot of doors but alot of banks will not do this type of loan if the loan size is to big. remember that lenders only want you to go with them. as a broker it is my job to find you the best deal out there. also, the main reason many peole want to go FHA now days is because they will make more money by sell an FHA loan rather than a conventional one.
if you would like me to work up some numbers for you and place you into a loan program please give send an e-mail to Loan_solutions@yahoo.com

hey john, with credit and income like that you pretty much have a hard time finding a bank not willing to do that!!! well not reall, alot of banks look for more than a 7-10% down payment but i do know of plenty that will let you go higher into the equity of the home with no PMI. please send me an e-mail at loan_solutions@yahoo.com and i will be happy to work up some numbers for you.

hi tom, the rates have been pretty crazy lately. most lenders have not increased their coonforming loan limits yets but i know of a few who have increased their limits up to 729 in some areas for FHA loans. if you want me to quote you a rate just send me an e-mail to loan_solutions@yahoo.com and i'll give you a response within about 20 minutes. by the way what rates have people been giving you ? - Tue Apr 22 2008, 18:48
hey jeff, I am a LO out of baltimore. with the 50k you'll be getting soon you won't have to dip into your 401k unless you are thinking of purchasing something more than like 300k. even then chances are you won't have to. do you have a pre-qualification yet? give me a call at 443-803-7394 and i'll be happy to take a look at what you are working with.

I would like to meet any real estate agent who would like to work with a knowledgeable loan officer. I work for the 3rd largest brokerage in the country and can get wholesale rates. This means that i can get more loans done at lower costs to your customers.
