i am thinking of purchasing a vacation home in bullhead city az. Are there areas i should avoid due to?

Bullhead City is great. Much more eclectic and interesting than that retirement community 50 miles south. Good restaurants, friendly people, Lake Mojave and the river, dune buggying in the Black Mountains. .Holiday Shores is a nice area. More people are moving here from California and Canada and it's got the great Mojave Community College for fun outdoor courses, two great gyms, fabulous weather. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 12:17
