I left Westwood, L.A., CA, and live in R.C. for 9.6 yrs. I LOVE IT. I did a lot of research before I moved here. Where do the movers and shakers live in R.C.? The best School districts? Its Alta Loma. 91737 and north of Lemon 91701. Look for Land. Make sure your neighbors are your neighbors and not renters. If you can get a lot with 7000 sq ft +, great schools Stork. Hermosa, Banyan, Elementary. Los Osos High, you have find the right area. The City Manager is awesome in R.C. The City looks Great. My city councilman gave me his home phone number.
