Hello,
My name is Stephanie LaBrucherie with Prudential Foothills Real Estate in Tucson. My husband and I have sold many homes in Green Valley and Sahuarita. In order to answer your question I first have to ask you if you are interested in a year round rental? or only in a seasonal i.e snowbird rental? If this rental would be for snowbirds, it would need to be furnished. As far as rental profile, in this type of community, it is highly desireable to be close to community ammenities, such as swimming pools and recreational centers. Golf course location would be HIGHLY desireable and mountain views are always preferable! Those features would be optimal for a rental property in this area. (2-3 bedroom would be best).
