Jason, this isn't the best site to ask this question-- as agents take offense to the idea of taking business away from them. You will get alot of "you get what you pay for answers". This one always gets me, because you don't pay anything until your home sells. Although there are great agents out there with marketing plans, let's face it --most are relying on the internet MLS.
I would look for a FSBO co that is local. I would make sure they get you in all the MLS's in your area along with Yahoo Realestate, MSN, Trulia, Zillow, personal web page. The more internet exposure the better. You can also do some advertising on your own in the newspaper if you want, but we know that most buyers are on the intenret these days. Make sure the Flat Fee Listing company doesnt charge you for changes to your listing and make sure you get the maxium amount of pictures of your home. For instance here in MI on realtor.com you can now have 20 pic. Online Pics are very important in marketing your home.
