Cal Carter

About:
Cal Carter's hometown is Rolling Fork, MS. He grew up in the Mississippi Delta. He produced crops for 20 years, including cotton, corn and soybeans.

In 2002, he received his MS real estate license in Gainesville, GA. His interest in technology led him to Computer Information Systems - Internet courses at Lanier Tech. He spent some years developing the Laura Allen Team's web presence, with instruction on Internet tools for Realtors, search engine optimization, Internet listings marketing and other web applications.

In 2006, Cal moved to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, AL area and sold properties on Lake Lanier with Keller Williams Lanier Partners. He then joined Keller Williams Realty - Alabama Gulf Coast. He now specializes in marketing waterfront properties for a variety of purposes in the locations of Daphne, Fort Morgan, Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Point Clear and Spanish Fort.

Cal's experience and talents don't stop at conventional real estate. He's the man you want if you're looking at agricultural/rural property, due to his familiarity with farming and the issues arising from engaging in agricultural practices. Hunters, too, will appreciate his skills at negotiating land leases for hunting as well as farming.
Cal is married to Laura Carter, herself a successful Realtor, and has two stepsons. When he is not looking for new and exciting real estate ventures, he enjoys spending time with his family, learning more about the Internet and related technologies, keeping tabs on the latest economics scene and boating.
