Frank Hilliard began his career as a systems developer in the financial services industry. A native of South Carolina, Frank was born in Charleston SC and grew up in the upstate in Greer. A double major at the University of South Carolina, Frank completed his education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro with an emphasis in Executive Management. He has held a number of executive level positions in the mortgage insurance industry, most recently with Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Frank recently returned to South Carolina to manage the upstate retail market for Homeowners Mortgage. He is married to Elizabeth Hilliard, also of South Carolina and has two children in college. Frank has remained active in previous communities in which he has lived, serving on the board of directors of the Arthrtis foundation, Boy Scouts of America and various arts centers. Community service is a cornerstone of his beliefs and commitment . Frank has a strong attachment to the mortgage business and helping others realize the dream of homeownership. Throw the tennents out unless they can prove qualification with an approved lender. Come clean with your mortgage company as you are in violation of a disclosure you signed stating you would occupy as your primary residence.
