Some neighborhoods you might like: warehouse condos on Duke Street and Trinity Street area for downtown and Hope Valley Farms, Woodcroft, and Woodlake for something a little more suburban. Trinity Lofts look considerably overpriced, but cool. I believe Duke has a housing website. You could see what people are posting there, both for rentals and sales.
