virginia beach

NonRealtor answered:
There was a Forbes article or CNN about a month ago( I don't have the link--google it). Economists were predicting that Virginia beach was #10 on the list of "where prices will recover fastest". That's the good news. The bad news--they said it would lose 23% by 2014 then another 3% for few more years, for a total decline of about 30%. Wait another year or two or four to buy. NonRealtor answered:
Hi Sherry,
Wait another year to buy, and save more money, prices are still declining. It will probably be foreclosed at some point. The second lender will probably get nothing, and the first lender will want to dump it before it loses more value. Good Luck - Thu Nov 5 2009, 16:12

Is it worth it???????????

NonRealtor answered:
Skip it. What's the hurry? Sounds like it will be a foreclosure soon. Good Luck - Wed Nov 4 2009, 16:49
