Don't turn them off until you know you're outa there!! It's too big a hassle to turn on and off and back on and off.......not worth it!! Normally your real estate agent would help you coordinate this to make it a smooth transition. - Tue Sep 30 2008, 19:36

Yes, it is, but the first place I'd check is with the association. They could have an exclusion for properties For Sale that could be an "unwritten rule". I know the one I live in does! Check that out first ! - Tue Apr 22 2008, 10:32

Not to be harsh, but you're stuck! The previous answer is correct, there is no lemon law as there is for cars. I would suggest setting up some security cams (hidden) and see if you can catch the people that are breaking in. It's highly unusual for one home to be broken into that many times in such a short period of time. I think it would be worth the small investment to set up the security cams. Try Sam's, they're cheap!! - Thu Aug 23 2007, 20:15

Well, at this time a know of a couple. There is one building on Wolflin Ave., there is another near downtown. It really helps if you let me know what size building you need (square footage), your preferred area, and how much money you expect to spend on a church building. Also need to know if you require a "current use" church building or a building that will work as a church. There are lots of options available, but it's important to know what your specific needs are. Call me : Johnny Taylor of "The Taylor Team @ Keller Williams 806-433-6889. Today, I'll be traveling home all day, but leave me a message and I'll call you back. Or you can email me directly @ johnnytaylor@kw.com
Hope this helps!
