Hi, Queen Creek is so far away from the rest of the Valley, and the traffic is so congested, that I would not recommend it. I would recommend Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert, in a convenient location, and a clubhouse for only $83 per month with a weight room, 3 racquetball rooms, several tennis courts, jr. olympic heated pool, jacuzzi, sandy beach/lagoon, beautiful waterfall landscaping. Our semi-custom house may be for sale soon there, at 1542 E. Catamaran Drive, Gilbert 85234. You can see photos at Zillow.com if you'd like.
