Agent Featured Listings

Dan Trulia answered:
Hi Dennis. Dan from Trulia here. I think Lawrence pointed you in the right direction for Agent Featured Listings, but let us know if you have more questions once you've followed the link he provided. If you're advertising a specific listing or many listings, Agent Featured Listings is the right product for you.

However, if you would like to advertise on Trulia without any listings, you could participate in banner advertising. You can fill in your information here and we'll be in touch with you: http://www.trulia.com/advertisers/agents/

FYI - CPM means cost per 1000 impressions. It's a standard pricing model in the online ad industry. Essentiallly, you end up paying some fixed amount to have your ad seen some preset number of times. Hope this makes sense. - Wed Nov 21 2007, 18:01

Dan Trulia answered:
Lots of options. Running along either side of the Charles is great -- you can do up to a 20 or so mile loop if you make it all the way to Watertown. The Emerald Necklace takes you to Jamaica Pond, and these neighborhoods are a bit more affordable than many others. One final suggestion - I used to live near Alewife, near the Cambridge/Arlington line. It provided great access to the Minuteman Bikeway, which was great for running and biking. See included link. - Fri May 4 2007, 09:48

Which neighborhoods offer best access to jogging/running in SF?

Dan Trulia answered:
If you want flat, you're best off in the Marina, which is completely flat (Chrissy Field, etc) or near Golden Gate Park, which is rolling (Richmond or Sunset). If you can hack the hills, try the Presidio, or Lyon Steps. Pac Heights and Cow Hollow offer good access... - Mon Apr 23 2007, 18:25

Whole Foods coming to my neighborhood - what's the impact on prices?

Dan Trulia answered:
When was the move announced? Economic theory would suggest that if the move is public knowledge, its impact (probably an increase in property value) is likely already baked into the prices. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 18:16
