Stay away from Marion Oaks ,high crime and low value ,you will loose a lot of your value,look in Rainbow Springs Forest in Dunnellon,hoa is 92 a year and thats with a private country club and beach with the works,Trust me Marrion Oaks is not a wise investment. - Sat Aug 9 2008, 06:33

Rainbow Springs Forest is the best investment,nicer then the woodlands and more secure,You have a higher property value and much less homes and traffic,we are all part of the rainbow springs golf and country club but for sure you will like the forest better.We did all the investigating before buying here and The forest section is the best. I am not a realtor but the best one to call for the area is Mike Parker Coldwell Banker Ellison,I used him and was impressed I am not affiliated with him or the company in any way,just trying to help.there are 2 homes for sale on sw75th loop in the forest look at them they are gorgeous. - Sat Aug 9 2008, 06:26

There is only one place to go it is gorgeous nsafe and very valuable,your money is safely invested ,Rainbow Springs Forest in Dunnellon,15 mins to ocala 5 mins to Dunnellon,we have it all Golf fishing pool river The famous Spring etc. Make sure you look here you will buy for sure...A neighbor is selling on SW 75th loop for 319 but the value is 359 min in this market.it is 2 yrs old and under 8 yrs more warranty.beautiful 3/2 huge great room colums and pillars gorgeous.. call Mike Parker at Coldwell Banker Ellison,he is listing agent.seller is crazy selling so cheap.Country club community but not 55 and over.low taxes too and paved - Sat Aug 9 2008, 06:15
