There is no such thing as "sold out" for any community new or old. It really just means that at this time, there are no houses for sale. Given enough time, other owners at University Heights will likely list their properties. The question is whether you want to wait for another listing for University Heights or buy something comparable elsewhere. Don't let this "sold out" phrase scare you. It's all stupid hype. - Wed Nov 12 2008, 09:38

I have seen models at both Hana Rd. and Merrywood Dr. Most of the ones at Hana tend to be more barrack-like and the layouts are smaller. Those at Merrywood tend to be larger with a basement and some even have garages. For almost the same price, you should check out Heatherwood Villas in North Edison where the schools are better. There is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and 1 garage unit currently listing for $329.9k. It doesn't have a basement, however. The community feels more "homey" compared to those at Hana or Merrywood. - Wed Oct 22 2008, 21:02

Larry,

Just to clarify. They only obtained a Certificate of CONTINUED Occupancy (CCO) and NOT a more rigorous Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for new constructions. Would that still replace the need for prior permits? I checked the copy of the CCO and it doesn't have any comments about any conditions so I assume that it's a "Full" CCO.

Thanks. - Wed Oct 22 2008, 10:39

Cheng,

No community is ever truly "sold out". There are always re-sales. It's just a matter of time. - Wed Aug 20 2008, 14:12
Location, location, location. Centre Place does not have the location to command such lofty prices. I suggest looking into Grande Woods, Timberline, Park Gate, or the Enclave for townhouses at superior North Edison locations that cost about the same or even less than Centre Place. The better schools are in North Edison. - Wed Aug 20 2008, 06:40
