I agree with Rebecca get all the information ahead of time. But thats where we part...The auctions I participate in the escrows are normal 30 day or quick close. You can do all your due diligence & inspections before the auction dates and ALL the homes sell. That being said, there are different types of RE auctions county, us government, corporate REO and they do differ so like Rebecca said, get all the info ahead of time. - Sat Dec 29 2007, 20:24
