We have a wonderful home in Redmond on 2 acres in the affluent neighborhood of Broadhurst. Not sure where you will be working, but it's only 15 minutes to Microsoft. Here is the link

We lived in Redmond and our 2 children went to Snoqualmie School District, Fall City Elementary, and we "loved" it. The teachers and principal are amazing and they really care about the kids. There is diversity in terms of economic status, but I think that is a good thing. All of our neighbors are quite happy there too. My best advice is to go visit the school and ask about the parent participation. We also have a home for sale in Redmond, if you are interested email me at pooteron@msn.com - Thu Jan 3 2008, 12:38

What are best public middle schools in Seattle?

R answered:
I think it depends on what you mean by best. Snoqualmie Valley schools are incredible in my opinion. The teachers truly care about the students, the parent participation is nearly 100% and the test scores prove it. Furthermore, if you want your child to learn about diversity, this is a great place. Alot of kids these days have so much, and it's hard to teach them that not everyone is so fortunate. - Mon Jul 2 2007, 20:41
