I live in Glenhardie now and have been very happy with it. Some minor problems with flooding, but they have adressed some of the stormwater issues (mostly due to neighboring development). In any event I think the only thing that ever gets flooded is the golf course and possibly a little of the parking areas. Shared laundry isn't that bad although obviously having one per unit would be nicer. There is one room per floor so you are sharing with about 6-7 other units. I prefer the setting to the others in the area, buidling layout and coutryards are nice. Plus the assoc fee covers gas, trash and sewer so the only utility you pay is electric.
Overall I think it's a great value especially for first time buyers. - Wed Jul 23 2008, 07:26
