Do coops give reasons for rejecting a buyer?

Christine answered:
Mitchell, I thought I heard that there was going to be a law mandating that all co-op boards need to disclose WHY they are objecting. I have yet to see it, but did you hear of the same thing out by you? - Wed May 23 2007, 09:15
Christine answered:
Actually, because I am so partial to Queens - I would say Queens.
On the serious side - Queens happens to be one of the nicest places to live. (When I speak of Queens - I am speaking of Whitestone, Bayside, Flushing North and Beechhurst. ) The schools in SD #26 are one of the top rated. I would have to tell you the best way to really get a sense of what neighborhood to venture into or focus on is to check out the schools. Seeing as you have two girls that are school age, I suspect that is important. Are you sending them to Private or Public? Somethings to think about. Check out this site. http://www.ratemyteachers.com

What Widgets do REALTORS Want?

Christine answered:
I actually love my VFlyer widget. I wish I could get more listings on there (I know I can pay for it, but...) I think on my blog its a great way to incorporate my listings without making the site look like a listing blog. LOVE IT! - Wed May 23 2007, 09:07

How do REALTORS currently promote Open Houses?

Christine answered:
I have actually done a one year trackingon what works best. The internet. Craigslist, Oodle, Google base, Truila, ANY place that I can online advertise we are there. Second would be the street signs, but in some Long Island area Villages we are prohibited to use them so then I use the local paper - for those towns. - Wed May 23 2007, 09:05
