I like to do my own thing in my own way. I have found that this saves thousands of dollars. I, too can search the market and don't need the 'help'. I also manage my own portfolio. I guarantee you I can deal with a seller as well as anyone, cars, real estate, or whatever. Let's face it, not all real estate agents are as good as others.
