Jason, I know of a property in the area that meets most of your requirments. My parents are retiring and selling their home on about 3 acres 20 minutes from Elk Horn. It is a older farm house, but very large, under your budget, and the land and space were wonderful to grow up in. Let me know if you would like more information. - Wed Jul 2 2008, 13:21
