I live in Hubbard Heights (St George Ave) and it's a very nice neighborhood. Lot's of younger families moving in and you can always see neighbors walking their dogs and strollers down the side walks. Everyone is really friendly. The neighborhood association ($10/yr donation) is awesome and they have annual get togethers. - Sat Aug 16 2008, 13:25
