Jamie Glenn answered:
Sold homes are updated each week on Trulia. Some counties, however, have a 6-8 (sometimes more) lag in when they report the data. Best bet is to keep checking back.

Another alternative is to set up an email alert so that you will get an email when we get new data. You can do this by performing your search for recently sold homes and then clicking on the link at the top of the search results that says " Email me when new listings match this search "

The project for the expansion from Fremont to Warm Springs was approved and some of the preliminary phases have been completed, but to date they have not raised all the necessary funds to complete the project. Assuming all the funds get raised, construction on the subway part will begin in 2009 and the other track construction will start in 2010.

You can sign up for alerts at the link below.

Hope this helps,

Vicki,

You can go into the My Trulia Section for My Searches & Email Alerts and then click on the Trulia Voices Alerts tab and delete any questions you have saved there. I have included a link below to help get you there, but you can also access via the blue My Trulia pull down in the upper right of the screen (you need to be logged in).

Hope this helps,

Jamie Glenn answered:
Celia,

The property you listed is a property that is in the foreclosure process and has been taken over by the lender on the property. To find out more information on the property you can visit our partner Realty Trac by visiting the link below.

Another option is to contact a local real estate professional that covers the Fremont area and has experience in foreclosure properties. You may get some responses on this question or you can also ask another question looking for local real estate professionals that can provide you with more information.

Hope this helps,
