I live real close to Umstead park, at the intersection of Ebenezer Church Road and Duraleigh. This area of Raleigh is one of the best kept secrets. There are few big neighborhoods, and many of the single family lots are large, so the actual number of homes is quite low.

If you are interested in a very stable, family friendly single family subdivision, you may want to try Bridgeton Park. Home start from about $350 and top out around $600k - Mon Jan 28 2008, 17:58
